International Shipping

We ship orders from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail International Tracked.

Processing time

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 3–5 working days. This is our processing time and does not include the time your parcel spends in transit.

Delivery estimates

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on Royal Mail, the destination country’s postal service and customs processing. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Tracking information will be provided when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination and the weight or size of the order.

Import taxes, duties and fees

International orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, handling charges or other local fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless these charges are expressly shown and collected at checkout, they are not included in the product price or shipping charge and must be paid by the recipient. We cannot predict the amount of these charges. Please contact your local customs authority for further information before ordering.

Where duties or import taxes are collected at checkout or included within the selected delivery service, no separate payment should normally be required for those amounts upon delivery.

Customs delays

Customs checks may delay a shipment. These delays are outside our direct control, although we will assist with tracking and any appropriate Royal Mail enquiry if a parcel is significantly delayed or lost.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a parcel is returned because charges were unpaid, delivery was refused, or the address supplied was incorrect, any refund may be reduced by the original shipping cost, return costs and other non-refundable charges, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law.
